The 43rd edition of Host Milano, the world fair dedicated to the catering and hospitality sector, has just come to an end; with an international hub active throughout the year that connects professionals, constantly monitors all sectors and consumption styles, presents insights on current issues, best practices, international scenarios, produces news and global observers, organizes webinars and events around the world.
The Team of the Next Cooking Generation, back for the fourth consecutive edition to Host and after presenting the model waveco® XS in the 2021 edition, back in this 2023 with an important news: a waveco®, recessed model made in partnership and in their exclusivity with Silko by Ali Group. The partnership between the two companies is rooted in a long dialogue started some months ago, where the two companies have found a point of common interest dictated by the mutual skills and the technological and commercial strength resulting from the union.
Therefore, a partnership was born between Next Cooking Generatione & Silko by Ali Group, thus bringing to Host 2023 the presentation of the Silko built-in waveco® model. designed and built for the kitchen modules designed and manufactured by Silko, leader in the sector.
This synergy, arises from the growing demand by the Chefs to have their kitchens linear design and therefore, have all the technologies of the moment, if possible integrated into floors without external bodies, especially in those kitchens where every inch is precious.
After months of comparisons, studies and engineering of the design, Silko’s technicians have found the right place for the waveco® module in their kitchen modules. Great satisfaction in the after Host by the two Teams, for the great consensus narrated by waveco® in the eyes of experts, both as Chef and as Retailers and Distributors of the Silko group / Ali Group and other companies present at the event.
