Time reduction

the time needed for preparation techniques is reduced with waveco®. For example, you can speed up the soaking process needed for legumes, like chickpeas, by carrying out the same procedure in 2,5 h compared to the traditional method, which needs about 12 hours. The time needed for cooking is reduced as well, so the cooking will be quicker, but you will still get a tender, digestible vegetable.

Greater experimenting

this focused ultrasound process allows you to perform complex and long procedures such as, for instance, infusions or extractions of aromas. You can aromatize oils without heat in less than an hour, compared to the traditional method which needs temperatures close to 60° which will of course reduce the quality of the final product and change the oil structure.

Waste reduction

Induced maturation© allows you to use in your production process even the toughest parts, or the ones considered of a lower quality, such as leaves in artichokes, or stems, as they are tougher and not very often used in the creation of a dish.

Smaller food cost
