The new hub for the waveco® world
in North-Western Italy
Our ncg team believes in sharing ideas and growing closer in order to improve culinary techniques, that’s why we launched an important marketing project, the “Food Lab” format by waveco®.
The company, together with a selection of partners, launches in the most important italian cities their hubs, research and aggregation centers where “Chef friends” that already use waveco® and those who get to know this technology for the first time can meet and share their ideas on the applications and the uses of this new technology.
The first Hub was born in Milan with Food Milano Lab a waveco® partner, and here is where chefs from the north west that are interested in the technology converge. The goal of these Labs is to welcome newbies of the induced maturation© technology and to let them dive into this world during an experience of both knowledge and confrontation such as a demo and a sensory journey with food tasting. Besides, the lab will be a meeting place for people who installed a waveco® machine in their kitchen to share their experiences and improve their skills.

The headquarter of Food Milano Lab is the new waveco® headquarter for northern Italy.
The headquarter in Milan will be the operational lab of the innovative ultrasound technology of induced maturation© where it will be possible to take part in demos showing the functioning of the machine, tastings and events.
The new lab will be the ideal place for Ho.Re.Ca professionals to get to know the waveco® technology: to take part in a demo is the only way to fully understand the benefits its use can offer in your kitchen.
Food Milano Lab is both a showcase in the very center of the city and an open window on the world of national and international food service.
The aim is to become a hub for innovation in the kitchen, a platform where to share and discuss ideas, thus developing experimentation and research on quality cooking.
The future of Food Milano Lab is written in its name: Food, the exclusive field where waveco® operates; Milano, as in Milan, the key city in the partnership program; Lab, as a starting point for constant innovation.
