It is a fact that waveco®  is the most innovative technology of recent years, but in this 2022 it is also included in the list of the most innovative StartUps selected by the Innovation Village of BarNext - Padua from 26 to 27 September 2022.

This 2022, the annual appointment of the Innovation Village, organized by BarNext in Padua, is back. For this new year's edition, which will open the doors to a nationwide network, the BarNext team has firmly believed in the innovation that the Next Cooking Generation team carries out with waveco®

What is the Innovation Village and its intent 

As you can read from their own website: At the center of BarNext, the B2B event dedicated to operators active in the sector of food & beverage, wine and services, an innovative heart beats. It is BarNext Innovation Village, the theme area in which the ecosystem of Italian innovation in the food & beverage sector meets for a moment of meeting, discussion and sharing. But also an award for the most innovative and ground-breaking idea. The village is open to startups, companies, SMEs, research centers and professionals who want to write the future of the sector together, a unique opportunity for networking and business between emerging realities and established players. Ten are the Start-Ups selected for this 2022 and during the two days of events, they will be able to present their innovative ideas and business in front of possible investors and a jury that at the end of the event will decide the most Innovative Start-Up.

Let's see the appointments where waveco® will take the stage: 

September 26: Opening Innovation Village + 1st Talk with expert: Fabrizio Dughiero, president of SMACT Competence Center: the NCG team will take the stage. 

September 26 at 11:45 am: the team will surprise the whole audience of the Innovation Village with an ultrasonic food-testing. 

September 27th at 1.30pm: Final Event BarNext Innovation Village Award, pitch session unique + Q&A. 

27 September at 15:00: a new food testing to convince the jury and the public Award ceremony.

On this occasion, the Innovation Village organizers allowed access to a voting system both during the event and from home. Visitors to the event, if they are convinced – and they will certainly be convinced of the innovation that NCG brings to the market - will be able to vote through a QR-code that they will find in the stand. This procedure is possible even from home, and from the 26th they will annouce how to vote. We are sure that our Friends Chef Users, who have supported us so far, will do so during this event as well, with a vote to help us grow and spread this amazing technology even more.
